The TRAC Lease (Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause) is a very flexible and cost effective program that offers the benefits of a lease with the option of ownership at lease end. Lease terms are available from 36 to 60 months. At lease termination you have the option to purchase your truck for a predetermined guaranteed purchase price as low as $1. Many of such leases in the state of Arizona pay no sales tax because of the way the laws are written. Typically, certain qualifications need to be met but generally commercial trucks rated at greater than 12,000 GVW, and having paid a motor carrier fee at registration and that are subject to annual taxes based on gross vehicle weight qualify when leased by a business entity.
